It's kind of like that shreek in the Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Anyway, makes a great sound bite to use for the Windows exclamation. Guys at work get a kick when I screw up on the computer... "..AYEAAAAAHHHHOWWWW!!"

I heard it on TV, and it reminded me of guys that paint themselves in team colors, go half-naked to football games, and drink too much beer.
I'm pretty sure that was the demographic he was reaching for.
