I wouldn't say "addicted" but I do like the taste of coffee, and I prefer it much more over tea (I think it has a boring taste). If I drink too much coffee I get headaches but I drink about a cup/ two cups a day. And i'm the only one in my family that drinks it, lol.

Some have it wrong---caffeine assists in preventing headache due to its ability to enlarge bloodvessels that deliver blood to the brain...

(quoted)
Caffeine is widely used to relieve (abort) headaches and migraines. Caffeine intake can also be manipulated to prevent primary headaches and migraines from happening in the first place (caffeine can be used as a headache or migraine prophylactic).

I had a forum with over 700 migraine sufferers for a former gf---caffeine for some is a godsend but not all...

Coffee is good for you according to the Harvard School of Public Health.

I drink a few cups a day and I love a good cup of tea. I prefer Oolong tea properly brewed.

I must have my three LARGE cups of coffee each day. The strange thing is , if I go with out the vitamin C (caffeine) I very seldom get headaches. Maybe I'm not a true caffeind. (Pun intended).
