Need advice mounting chainsaw engine on Razer scooter

Years ago I got a Razer scooter for like Christmas or something, and I really don't use it, but as I type this I'm watching Monster Garage or whatever, which reminded me I still need to figure out how to mount a chainsaw engine on this thing. Money concernes needs not apply at this moment, as I'll use eBay as a second religeon. So if y'all have linky's that would help me out/guides/tips from experience or whatever, that'd be great. Hey, feel free to mock me as I know you are jealous, tee hee.

Oh yeah, the scooter is a Razer Extreme with a wheelie bar and front shocks. I can see myself replacing the wheels with something bigger as I've crashed going about 20Mph+ down a hill. Fun? Hell yeah. But I'd like to go faster and not have to use a hill to test my skills.

This thing has been done before, I know that for sure. I don't have a lot of shop experience, save for a trimester (I'm 16) of Robotics (FYI - my school Newberg High School has an award-winning robotics program that has gained national attention). I may start out by fabbing a remote control car, preferably gas powered with NOS mixed in, just to try stuff out.

Speaking of NOS, if I find a way to make this Scootersaw I'll probably take a little Nitrous Oxide and mix it in with the gas....it'd go HELLA FAST.

Hey, maybe it isn't such a hot idea to mount it on my Razer eh? I have an arc welder and various other toys (well they arn't exactly *mine*....) that I can use. So I will also look into fabbing a scooter from scratch - might be easier in some ways.

But first I should get the chainsaw engine!

You might wanna consider a weedeater motor, they only have a couple hp good for 30-40 mph, put a 10 hp Mac 10 chainsaw motor on there and you would more then likely go faster then you actually wanna on two 3" wheels with tennis shoes for brakes...

Alright, but the point of this project is to build it myself might I add. That's like buying a computer, it's retarded unless you get:

A) FalconNW with custom paint job
B) Voodoo with custom paint job
C) Alienware
D) Shuttle box

Anyways...

I think mounting the whole chainsaw on your scooter could be fun travels.

There ya go! You can cruise around and make a few bucks trimming people's bushes at the same time.
