Well, you know, wallie_x, there isn't any First Amendment in Britain. And people there often get hit with enormous libel judgments for publishing remarks that are perfectly fair to make here.
That said, he hasn't been fined, jailed, beaten up, or had a fatwa put out against him; he's been suspended from his spot on a talk show.
