Re: So....Who hear reads fantasy books?
hear should be here.
Ya there some great books out there, I recently read the
People Series by, W. Michael Gear and Kathleen O'Neal Gear
and also the Camulod Chronicles by Jack Whyte, This series is really good, be sure to start with book one of both series, there is about 8 to 10 books out for both of these series right now. If you like fanasty you'll like these.

I do, but I'm fussy about them.
Rght now, I'm reading The Knight, by Gene Wolfe. He is one of the best writers workng in English today, period. But he is very hard to follow if you don't pay attention to every word.
I recently read Ursula LeGuin's The Other Wind, which I suppose must be her final Earthsea novel; liked it a lot.
Philip Pullman's trilogy, His Dark Materials, was very good. I also like Diana Wynne Jones's stuff. And the classic Fritz Leiber sword-and-sorcery novels about Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser are hard to beat, although Terry Pratchett's parodies of them (especially The Color of Magic) are also wonderful.

I havent read any {David Eddings} yet but i plan to, {Terry Brooks} is a good author iv read some of his stuff, The Dragonlance books are cool to, I have read the chronicles by {Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman}, I just started on the War of the Souls series by those same authors, so far its turned out to be pretty good. You should try some of the Forrgoten Realms books those are REALLY good, {R.A. Salvatore and Elaine Cunningham} are the to best authors for those books. Also if you havent read the Lord of the Rings deffinetly read them they are the greatest fantasy epics ever -in my opinion at least-, if you want some good kid fantasy try our {Brian Jaques} redwall series good adventure and charectors or try out his other series called the castaways of the flying dutchman new spin on an old tale very cool, if you like long drawn out fantasy-mypersonal favorite- check out {Robert Jordan's} wheel of time series really cool, Check out my book when im finished with it and get it published its gooing to be a new york times bestseller{i hope}.
Cyall ;-}
