charlotte NC went from 25 to 9
Snowman country up in Salt Lake City UT went from 21 to 5... also pretty impressive!

well charlotte is a pretty big town....lots of banking for the whole area.
What kills me..is that I see VA and NC listed SEVERAL times there....hehe, and I am on the VA/NC line......but the bad thing is....they are talking about wayyyyyyyyyyy up north in VA...and like 4 hrs down in NC.....and right here where I am...its a big ole dead zone, lol.
