100mph wind will relocate everything that is loose on one end
We get storms with 40-50mph winds here sometimes that are plenty for me.

France had a storm like that a few years ago. I can't remember the wind speed, but it caused a fair amount of damage. I seem to remember them saying something about hurricane force winds.

I hope there isn't much damage to the inhabitants up in the mountains. If it is forecast to be much over 65mph, you might want to think about putting masking tape on your windows to keep any rain out if something hits a window. But, be sure to take the tape off soon, if you go that route. The tape is really hard to get off when the sun bakes it for a few days.

oh damn wasnt that hard they warned us to go out of the house, only somewhere in schaffhausen the speed was somewhere around 62 mph but i didnt heard about accidents!
