2 Boss in ONE company?

Theres a small comunity here over at my place, like a corporation.

I'd like to know from you lads opinion and points of view. This corp. has 2 boss or 2 management. I have a friend who is a member of this corp., made a complaint to me, the corp. is a little mess up having 2 man power at the same time.

I dont know exactly how this corp. happen to have 2 boss all in one go.

So is this a good idea, having 2 boss in one company? What is your point of view?

sound like a partner ship to me.
If your friend is not happy with this corp. Then he should seek new corp to be a member of.

Back from elsewhere

Well this post isn't really important for point of view though.

And it makes sense now that having to director or manager in one company will producing a clash of power. Like the other one isn't happy with the other one etc. The 2 of them wants to prove how powerful they are in making decision etc.

Yes, its a partner ship. It didnt go flow very well in the last 2 weeks ago. The 2 directors isnt happy at all working together. I think in whatever situation, there will be only ONE boss in a company. Prove how powerful a boss can be and really are. This has move my thinking a bit about believing and having just ONE powerful God, ruling the universe Not 2 or 5 but ONE. That makes sense as well! What do some think of this?

maybe having each "boss" be a manager of one-half of the company, coming together to make decisions affecting the whole company. each person should have only one boss, to make things more streamlined.

Having two (or more) bosses is no real problem, but only one boss can be an charge of the workers. No two bosses can manage a workforce, be it one worker or 500.

In large cooperations, we always have lots of bosses, beginning with the chairman of the board, down thru the pres., vice pres etc. eventually down to the men..now, you must have 1 boss over the workers..he might be a Foreman, an overseer or some kind of supervisor..but the rank and file workers can only answer to.. and be responsible to one authority...when a boss tries to re construct the workforce to be managed by two or more persons of authority, the business production will go thru the floor.. and it doesn't take long either.

Thats in this country. The Japanese work completely different than we do...a multi-boss system might just fly over there.
