I feel fine, I usually do (besides constant 24/7 pain) one thing ive learned is how to accept the things negative that come my way and deal with them rationally---it doesnt pay emotionally to flip out over things---try and believe me as I have alot of experience...

You have to vent. It's a normal human thing. If you don't vent, everything builds up and eats at you and then it does come out at the worst time possible.

I learned that one the hard way... 10 years of repression during high school and most of elementary school came out during college. Not always at the best time.

Now if I need to vent I vent as soon as I can about whatever bothering me.
