Yes, helmets are good. Could have used one a number of times as a kid. I do, however, see someone without his coat zipped. I would never have been allowed out of the house unless I was all buttoned up.

We just sent a technician to Seattle. He is from Manilla, spent the last thirty years in Hawaii and now resides in sunny Florida.

He called saying that the only coat he has is a heavy sweatshirt he borrowed from his son because it "never snows in Seattle".
