You really can't make this stuff up. A Wisconsin man is suing his cable company, claiming his addiction to TV caused his wife to be overweight and his kids to be lazy.

What is he suing for? $5,000 or three computers, and a lifetime supply of free Internet service from Charter Communications to settle what he says will be a small claims suit.

Ummmm. turn it off. now that you know you have the problem that is the first step now you must admitt it is bad. Got that covered now avoid it and never look back.

Actually the best lawsuit was the person who sued the clapper because they had a defective on and they injured their wrist by repeatedly attempting to get the light to turn on.

All I could picture there is this guy comin home after a long hard day at the DNC (democratic national comittee) walking into the room and attempting to turn on his light. The next morning the ambulance arrives to take him to the emergency room. hands bloodied from his ordeal. At least spilling you coffee is a quick stupid mistake. Clapping yourself to a bloody pulp is rediculous and irrational.
