Um well uhhh---sheesh---sorry I seem so surprised, so he is just an actor/puppet with no thoughts involved reading someone elses lines---

He really didn't say much. He did commit to building another UC campus in Merced. He didn't want to cut classroom spending. But he will find cuts elsewhere in education support. He wants to be able to outsource maintenance, etc. But other than that, nothing concrete.

He's got a tough job. The state is bankrupt!

the state is bankrupt? isnt everybody complaining about how CA has the highest taxes and bla bla bla... what is running the state dry? Forest fires???? I have no clue hear but a short answer would be nice I hate being ignorant.

like Ray said he didn't really say much . like most in politics today they don't do anything without a group of people behind them telling them what to do . its a shame you vote for soandso and they do what the guy behind the curtian tells him/her to do .
