After CE and I transfered a large load to the new house this afternoon, we treated ourselves to an afternoon at the local mall.
One of the items we bring with us, is a medium bag, full of assorted candies, including of course, chocolate. We give the employees of many of the stores a few of the candies, just to be nice, or as CE likes to call it, 'Random Acts of Senseless Kindness'.
People can be rude, crude, and just plain socially unacceptable, and most people will just accept this as normal. But when an act of kindness is shown, a lot of people react with suspicion.
Now when we go to the mall, and the people see the familiar black bag in my hands, we see smiles.
