Calif may be bad, but here in the backwards...err, backwoods state of Mizery...Missouri, we have big problems. They take shape in the form of a man named Bob Holden. Gawd, this man is the worst governor in the entire history of our state! He worries that we wont have enough money to meet future budgets, so he strangles the education system. There are way too many programs out there that he could cut(and should be cut), but Education is where he hits hardest. Times may get rough, but there is no excuse for this. If anything, during times of crisis, Education budgets should be padded, so that the next generation will know better how to avoid whatever got their folks in the mess. And the b4st4rd has the nerve to ask for a 800 million tax increase! Thank God 2004 is election year. I'll be 18, so I get to help kick him out
