Left in the conservatory overnight (christ knows why!). It began the night yellow, but slowly developed gangrene! I kid you not, it was frozen in the morning and in that state.



Oh won't somebody please think of the bananas!

I remember for some reason, as a kid, having bananas in the freezer.. They were always dark brown.

I'm not sure why they were there... Probably some sick ritual.

No sick ritual I think.

Bananas keep very well frozen its just the texture thats affected. If you remove the skin you will find a good banana inside. The skin turning brown doesnt indicate how good the banana will be.

Just putting a banana in the refridgerator will do the same thing.
Brown and nasty looking but good eats.
