I was thinking about games you play (yes, real life! not computer games!), and their scoring systems,today. Basketball is quite boring IMO as buttloads of baskets are scored and one more usually makes scarcely little difference.
"oh look, bob just made it 52 - 90"
But in a game like soccer where goals are the exception, not the rule, when one is scored it is a momentous occasion.
