Chinese Communists Support Private Property

Interesting concept, communist Chinese now proposing to codify private property rights.

My Arse! They are Chi-Coms and always will be. The horse of a different color does not exist in China, their stance on Tiawan proves that. If you think they believe in private property I have a great bridge for sale. Malarky!
I wonder if the caveat is the statement, ' legally obtained ', the State could easily and readily claim that none of a persons' property was gained legally. Let's not forget that this is not ' A government for, by, and of the People', the citizens do not control their govrnment, they have no inalieble rights or due process as we know it. Remember Tiannamen Square, I watched them drive their tanks over those students, nothing but the date has changed in China. Rots of Ruck selling me on this idea!

Maybe I can get back my ancestral lands in Sun Wui village.

dday China's not communist. It's very much traditional Confucian. It's had a strong central government and a system where everyone has a role in society for over two millenium.

The west hasn't liked the way China has done businesses since the Ming dynasty!
