a mixture of mostly Merlot grape concentrate for wine making (and water, sugar, grape tannin, etc) with a bunch of crushed red seedless grapes and a cup of Oregon blackberries thrown in for a unique flavor. I used a popular brand of "freedom" yeast, you know from the same country that we get those yummy "freedom fries."
When the grapes come back in season -watch out- I've got a couple of food grade 55-gallon blue plastic drums in the back yard!
