New WTC building
dunno if this has been posted already.
This is the plan I was hoping they would go with - bigger, badder, better than ever...don't show any sign of weakness to the world. They knock it down, we'll just make it even better
The total height of 1776 was a cool idea.

Man, with all that concrete and steel being so close to the ocean, I'm surprised the island hasn't just gone under.
Also, I don't like it. <shrug>

Nice tower. Some of the other designs were a little fugly.
Unfortunately, it will only fuel the desire of terrorists to knock it down. I'd be apprehensive to lease any space in it, subsequently.

Nice height on the building. It looks neat, some of the other designs were really ugly. Some even looked like fifth graders made them.
I kind of agree with Brandon, this could just give terrorists another target with a very big bulls-eye. |

Well, what they're not telling you is that this model has anti-aircraft missiles and a ground defense system.
Mmm, militarized America.

I heard it has wind powered generators up high to make about 30% of it's power.
I like the idea of bigger than before. We are not going to lower our profile because of a few murderers.

I watched the towers get built, and I saw them come down
lower manhattan will never be the same
so I'll get to watch the new one get built, and hope to never see it come down
