Dawn Power Dissolver or one of the brands of Oven cleaner---spray, let sit a few hours, scour---(beware---Oven cleaner is potent stuff, read the label!)

Oven cleaner is basically caustic soda with some detergent mixed in to make it bubble. You may actually be doing yourself more harm trying to constantly scrub the surface of the corningware off.

It's a stain.

I swear by "Easy Off" oven cleaner. Take the whole mess outside and let it soak like TKOP says...rinse it down with the garden hose. Works like a charm!
