Can be both moving as not moving. (do remember that if the moving image is long, then it might not be possible)

ps: i didnt ask for something unreasonable, 100x100 isnt that much bigger than the current av sizes, so no need to be rude ^^

Gomer, mine looks better.

You need to use the right resize filter, and save it in high quality, both aren't basics...

Anyway if you can provide the original picture then i can get even better quality out of it.

I cropped the "extra" stuff out of the picture...resized with the girl's face still being large enough to enjoy.
