Crazy things happening down the street...

Apparently there was a murder-suicide. Husband shot his wife and stepson, then shot himself.

*EDIT* The 19 year old in the house called police about the argument, and the police arrived and actually heard the gun shots.

This morning when we left (around 6:30), lots of police and two helicopters were flying overhead.

I wonder what they were arguing about. She must have really been upsetting him.

I will update later. I wonder how the news casters find out so fast!

Police Scanners.

Toad: Yeah, I just thought of that. I wonder how crappy it'd be to have to be spending time early morning (this happened pre-6 a.m.) to just listen to the police scanners.

Same thing happened to some freinds of mine last year or year b4 that..they went out for the morning papers..cop cars and news trucks everywhere..

I think there was a 18 person suicide about 3 blocks away from my house about 18 years ago.
