Good work... I'll keep those for reference!

Now all I need is the job to pay for my DVD-R drive

How long does it take to rip a DVD on the drives out there at the moment? I can't seem to talk myself into the idea just because it would take so long to burn 1 DVD!

Good article though, adding graphics helps tons.

on my 8X dvd rom it takes about 30 min to put the movie on my HDD... from there I could burn it... so 5 min of clicking for a back up... and maybe an hour till you have a working DVD if you burn @2X. If you re-encode the video for compression you can add a few hours as well but you dont have to sit and stare. Ive never used DVDXCopy or whatever that other all in one program is called... Martoch how long did that take? It is true though... expect to spend time if you want to try to do some nice menus or something with home videos or such which Ill talk about in my next few articles
