God help the victims of crime they can expect anything from justice a slap on the wrist for the one who inflicted harm on their family at the whim of any activist judge.
Nobody says there shouldn't be rationality. It's just not up to the Executive Branch to oversee judicial sentencing and to review confidential documents related to the case. It crosses the line.
