If ya drop a poetry book on a bug, has a BIG impact on them!

Seriously, if ya want to take a comic route (tongue-in-cheek), you could use that angle. Or go Greeenie. Books made from paper - trees got cut down, effected habitats, etc, etc....

I dunno about reading poetry to animals or plants, or taking your pet lizard to the school play, so I would work out a different angle and still address the topic.

Unless you have a set text which this question is derived from - then stick to it,. But f it's an open question look for other ways to interpret it.

Cheers
Mick

Well, if they're any good, they affect me. My cats are rather blasé about cultural affairs; my parrot gets annoyed at bird noises and flute music, but likes the sound of the human voice reading; and my plants don't give a s---.

LMAO. We just got done reading A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare and this is the assingment she gave us. I have like 1 and it is Theseus trys to impress Hippolyta with poetry when he is talking about his hounds...so poetry could be used to impress someone or show your passion towards them. I don't know.. I like the squash a bug thing though ROFLMAO
