Actually no just been hearing lately that the dad of a friend of a friend has had success with them and stories like that... Plus no more girlfriend so needing to tone that area a bit more and I have some extra cash from not needing to take her out ;-)

Well, I sure hope you tell us about developing wash board abs sitting on the couch eating pizza and drinkin beer cause you're were wired for workouts

Then I'll get 2!

Maybe even fix my hair since I'll be hot in a bikini!

Surreal your math is off

Beer + pizza + couches != washboard abs
Beer + pizza + recliners = washboard abs

PJK, let me ask you this. Did this dad of a friend of a friend ONLY start using this machine? Or did he change other lifestyle factors also? Did he change his diet? Sleeping habits?

There are a number of other factors that can lead to a healthy lifestyle. When people acutally succeed at their health goals, they often misconstrue the true source of their success.

Anyone who is actually serious about getting into shape can PM me anytime. I wont offer you miracles, but I DO GUARANTEE that when you follow my recommendations, you will see results. Period. When you look back on 3 months of committed exercise, it will seem like a miracle, though.

I actually eat fairly well. I don't drink soda more than 1-2 glasses a year and haven't for about three years now. I drink anywhere from 2-3.78 liters a day of water. I eat maybe one candy a week.

As far as other things are concerned I generally will go to the gym and lift (not to get big just to tone) about twice a week and I play about two tennis matches a week. I just managed to hurt my back playing rugby with some friends about a year ago and I can't do crunches anymore. I've tried to use dfferent devices but they still hurt my back. I was thinking that getting one of those abtronic things just because they will supposedly work the muscles and not do anything to my back.

Actually the electrocution thing was the only way to shut down a nerve in my back - And yes it worked -

not for toning anything. though
