Where to get avitars?

Well, where do I get avitars for this forum? When I try to get a picture, it says its too big, or it won't fit the size. Is there a site where I can select or d/l avitars for this fourm?

P.S, What is the post count calculations for techimo.com?
Sor far, I have 500 posts, will that be a senior member?

Max avatar size is 64x64 pixels. I think the storage limit is 10KB.

As to obtaining an avatar, we actually have a thread were you can probably get a custom designed image.
