But as the article says, it is a specific problem in those areas with those people, it's this small minority causing all the trouble. Things took a turn for the worse when the police stopped their 'stop and search' procedures due to political correctness some months ago. Before this there was a pretty good arrest rate for gun and offensive weapon crime.

Tony doesn't seem to be worrying about it, he's too busy with international affairs to worry about what's going on at home.
