Worst Thanksgiving I ever had

I have just had one of the worst thanksgivings that I think I could ever have.
My grandfather was admitted to the hospital today. They do not think he will be around much longer. We went to visit him in the hospital and spent pretty much the whole evening there. He looks bad, real bad. I remember this man as a person that needed to be tinkering with something all of the time. He was either messing with his Harley, his boats, or his snowmobiles. He was a big man with a beer gut and had the military metality the whole time I was growing up. He never served that I know off, though. He now is just barely 90 lbs, and looks so frail.
If you could send your thoughts and prayers his way, I would be deeply grateful.
