Looks like the espionage charges against Muslim chaplin James Yee have evaporated:
According to this Fox News (!) story, the charges against him now are "adultery and storing pornography on a government computer".

Yee's lawyer, Eugene Fidell, said he was not told of the new charges. "I will look forward to seeing what they say because I haven't heard anything," he said.
And he's been released from custody and allowed to return to duty. Guess he can't be much of a threat to national security....
