Fraud or what?
Hi guys, i just opened my ecommerce website just a few weeks ago and i'm working on getting into the search engines and getting recognized therefore my website is not porpular yet....however, one of the orders i received the past week was proccessed and shipped out to the customer...i sent the customer a tracking number right after it shipped. four days after the order was delivered the customer is claiming that he didn't receive the package...however, ups ground shipping shows that his package was delivered to his front door...this is a house and not an apartment so i don't think anyone went to his house and took his package...i just have a bad feeling about this guy because he emailed me 12am telling me that he hasn't received his package...i would think that he would ask if the package has shipped. he paid with paypal and his address was confirmed so i'm protected by the seller protection but i would like to know what your takes are on this issue. thank you all in advance
