Honey and Alcohol
Hey guys, just wondering if any of you know of any Alcoholic bevarages made out of honey.
I don't mean mixing alcoholic drinks with honey, but actual alcohol made out of honey, like wine being made out of Grapes.
I don't even know if it could be done, but it should be consdiering that Honey contains fructose just like grapes.

If you want you can warm it in a microwave, but only for a few seconds otherwise you get it too hot and remove some of the alcohol.

Hmm........I've heard of mead since the 60's (am I giving away my age again )
Never knew it was made from honey intil lastnight, really!!!
I was watching " The 13th Warrior" and they offered the Arab (bandaras) a drink and he said he couldn't drink fermented grape, and the viking sid it was made from honey.
Did you watch the same movie?????
