Folding gym mat

What is a good gym mat for beginning tumbling. I am interested in a 2" folding with vinyl fabric covers.
My concerns:
1.thickness of mat, soft material(looking at 2" thick),mat will be on a concrete floor and used by young children.
2.Durability of outside material.0
3.Cleanup of outside material
4.Cost

Here are some links of what I have been looking at,

Elite tumbler folding mat 2 1/2" ET432

Mats aren't cheap. All I can tell you is that DENSITY of the FOAM is the key!

I'd contact some of the gymnastic places in the phone book and ask for advice on what to buy or look for in a mat.
