Speeding tickets in NC

OK so here it goes i figured why not ask here. I just got another speeding ticket 69 in a 55 i had just gotten one taken care of a month or so ago. now theres this one. its only 14 miles over so there shouldnt be any points against my license or insurance. but would that be the case because i had the other one. can they go back and count it against me?

SC and NC are some of the hardest Troupers in the SE. The last ticket I got was nearly 10 years ago in SC...65 in a 55..usually they will give you 10 if its a beautiful, dry day and the trafic is VERY light. That day, the trafic was not light, and I was tagged...4 points!!. I went to the traffic court and managed to get 2 points back..

I do wish you well...your insurance will eat you alive if they asses you the points..which they probably will. They also keep drivers records for about 7 years I think..

Not so fast, Mike. C&D isn't exactly unbiased here.

From Radartest.com, read the article Whom Do You Trust. It seems a certain leading auto magazine editor is also an employee of the magazine's most highly rated detector.
Quote:
The world's largest auto enthusiast magazine, for example, employs a senior editor who, during much of his 30-year tenure there, has been on the payroll of one of the manufacturers. At the same time that he's been either personally conducting or heavily influencing the magazine's detector tests, he's also been writing puff pieces about his second employer, promoting their products in print and moonlighting as a technical writer and "consultant" for them. He's also conducted intelligence-gathering projects on behalf of this manufacturer, using his stature at the magazine and often assisted by the magazine's staff to gather dirt on journalists who don't find his employer's detector quite as wonderful as he does.

I'll trust Radartest.com's judgment on this and save myself a few hundred in the process. I've been using Escorts for more than a decade and the only speeding ticket I got was when I didn't have one mounted.

Taking off is not so hard..its the landings that get difficult...when flying.

How many "near misses" have you had...and laughed them off?...

When they pry & scrape some kid off of your hood or out of your windshield, that 'landing' wouldn't be your best one, eh?.
