So ........ you want to visit Tijuana? .....NOT!!

Quote:
Diana Escalante, a spokeswoman for the attorney general's office in Baja California said: "Police extortion is common among tourists . . . but we've never had a rape," Escalante said. "This is a surprising and graphic case."
Boy don't I feel better!

4 Tijuana officers held in rape case

Lived here for over 20 years. I don't cross the border. Got to be nuts to do so. Check your rights at the border.

Mexico has always creeped me out! I prefer they bring it over here...

However, it is a great eye opening excursion for a 10 - 14 year old kid. Definately makes an impression on them. School takes on a whole new meaning!

What I jokingly mean is their criminal element is flooding across the boarder, doing their crimes and then dissolving back into Mexico. They won't even extradite murderers because they don't believe in the death penalty. Basically Mexico tells our justice department to stick it in their ear!

Mexico needs a revolution, pronto!

I used to go a bit further south down to Ensanada! Once I saw a Mexican national's big truck rounding a corner and hit a light standard. The light standard bounced off some gringo's parked car. All I know is I hoped he had bought insurance when he crossed the border! Hit and run!
