Grrr...I was in gym today and I tried to show off my white boy hops, and i grabbed onto this metal tubing behind the backboard, but I didnt get high enough, and slipped, and my legs went out from under me and instead of falling on my butttt, I fell on my wrists. Luckily its only a big time sprain, but they thought I broke it at first. Big time swelling, and sore. I have a little velcro brace thing on it and its feeling better. I feel like such a moron for trying to strut my stuff.
Bottom line: Think before you act!!!
