How Do You Know Your A Computer Junkye

I think there are many ways to know that you are a computer junkie. Tell me how you know. this is how I know

If you get up in the middle of the night to check you e-mail

If you have a folder full of pictures of other computers

If you put events in chronalogical order according to what computer you had at the time

or

If you have more friends online than you do in town

How about all your friends are online and NONE in town!

You have 4 so you can runThe UD think project like on this page!
And that's the only reason for the additional 3!

You get up at night to make sure the herd is running..
You would never consider a non-nerd Mate!
Your dreams came true when you found one.

* You get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom,
but you stop by the computer to check the email first.

* You never turn your computer off, because you can't sleep without the humming lullaby from the fans.

This one is a real story: A guy I know had a girlfriend. This was when he lived with his parents. She came over to him when he was sitting in front of the computer, and she couldn't get his attention. So she fell asleep on his bed. A few hours later, she woke up, he was still sitting by the computer. She said: "I'm going home now." And Dan turns around and says: "What? Are you still here?"

What about getting upset because when you talk to someone face to face there is no option to show icon in taskbar when connected?

When you consider sending physical items such as food as email attachments?

When you call in sick to work to fix your computer.

When you get frustrated because you can't open the Task Manager and see what is taking up too much of your time.

Oh well.

Very true Agent_Embryo, i cant sleep without my computer on! Im just used to its hairdryer sound now! I also live close to active railroad tracks. When my friends come over, their like"Man! Doesnt those "insert dirty language here" trains ever wake you up at night?" The first time he asked me, i had to think about it for a second. I said "Well, no." (wow, i just yapped along here didnt i?)

When u have 5+ computers and they run 24/7 and u have to always build a newone or upgrade at least once every 3 months on one system in the herd..

when u r suppose to be to work at 6am.. u wake up at 5am to get on the computer.. then u r late to work.. b/c u ddin't want to get off the computer..

when u have maybe 3 friends in rl.. and see only one of them maybe once every 2 weeks.. but have about 60 friends onine that u see everyday..

when u r willing to part with buying new cloths. or car parts.. so u can buy more computer parts.. when ohh heck I could go on and on.. like when Coke Cola is your friend, and the pizza place knows u by name.. just from hearing your voice.. or when u run out of room for new pc.. or when u walk into the computer shop.. they know u r going to walk out with something so they love to see u coming..

getting the point =)
