need topic ideas
i have to write a paper for my english class on competing schools of thought for a subject. it doesnt matter what the subject is, but i would like to do something technical. i was thinking of doing data storage, with some people saying analog is the best and others saying digital is better. but i dunno if that would be a good topic or not so i was wondering if any of you had any ideas?

"Regular" scanners/Led scanners (cannon lide series comes to mind)

Thats about all I can think of after looking around my room.

How about school 4 days a week instead of 5,

The Linux/Windows bit would be nice. Remember to add lots of facts and details, especially since their is a chance your English professor has no idea WTH Linux is.
