19,000 registered voters -- 144,000 votes cast.

Sounds like Chicago. "Vote early, Vote often"

Wasn't the ACLU trying to delay the Cali recall election because some districts didn't have electronic voting? Looks like those districts may have missed out on 5 votes per person.
