I thought I heard Bush and his team say there was progress in Iraq and there is only a sporadic attack or two by disgruntled Saddam loyalists.

Now I is confused.

Because what is happening is opposite of what Bush is saying. Maybe this is a wrong report.

First of all this is the job of soldiers, death is part of the job specifications. If anyone doesnt like it complain to the politicians.

Secondly, this is going to happen in any country on earth that gets invaded.

It is sad to see human life destroyed like this, but everyone, even the soldiers knew it was going to happen, and the politicians that send them around the world know it too.

One man's gain is another man's loose. But it seems like every one is losing in this deal.

Point is when its an immoral invasion, based on falsehoods, accepting casualties becomes a challenge.

An unjustified and illegal war can have very far reaching consequences which apparently were not thought through.

Just like practically everything else in this invasion. Now its coming to bite the very same people who commited these crimes against humanity.
