Assuming the condom was only unwrapped and not used (if it was used, the article probably would've said used instead of unwrapped), the band-aid was much, much worse. I would never buy a sandwich or any prepared food with bread again. I'm not a big fan of suing, but I would sue their ass off.

Well I don't think they knew whether or not the condom was used, so they could only resort to saying "unwrapped", cuz afterall, if it was used, you wouldn't really be able to tell in all that clam chowder anyway.

What kind of sick employee would pull off a gag like this? If I was the restaurant owner and I found out who did it, I'd personally drag him out back and beat the crap outta him with a ladle.
