Pretty cool, hardly priced like any Ford ive heard of tho---aint it gonna be like $150,000, thats alot, should have had more then a modified Lightning truck motor powering it even tho it does lay down some respectable numbers...

It is called a GT only for litigation reasons.
"Old-skoolers" remember the body-style from the 60's Ford Gulf GT40 LeMans winner(Google for Steve McQueen+LeMans). The car got rave reviews on the auto show circuit, like how the Viper did 7-8 years ago.

the ford gt is a sweet looking ride , but i think the viper still has better looks ...

Dodge did beef up the Viper...the engine gained signifigant horsepower and they recently changed the design. I believe the power outputs on the GT and Viper are identical.
