...so how was I supposed to know you can't re-heat food on a China plate in the oven?

So suddenly Deni's 4-piece dining set was down two dinner plates. Heck, I thought she'd picked 'em up at a yard sale, or something. Well, no! DUH! She cherished this set, out of print for years, fine English China, etc., etc., and I felt just awful.

But: GOOD NEWS, GUYS!! There's a place on the web called www.replacements.com where you can find duplicates for whatever you may have demolished in your normal testosterone-crazed way of doing things!

I found the EXACT SAME plates $23.99 EACH, gulp and they're on their merry way!

In a couple of days, I'll get the remote back. Heh heh heh!

Nope. She was in the antique business and used it to help customers replace missing pieces.

I've seen it.... I can't find any listings for the stuff I have. I paid 9.99 for the set at Walmart! Perhaps to rich for them...

Hey Knot, speaking of .... zip over to Trader Joes and ck out their 10.00 dish sets.
They were pretty cool a couple a years ago. I liked them better than the Walmarts

They have my Mom's listed, but no Gravy boat saucer That stuff is expensive. Remind me not to break any.

Some of that stuff is insane in pricing, There was a plate there that was 190$
