Probably not..especially for writers from the Asian countries and near East...there would be no way to haul them into our courts, and we could forget extradition from...say China. India has produced several virii...could we prosecute any of these?...heh heh..not really.
Would M$ actually pay some informant in India or China a half mil. when they know there would never be a snow balls chance in Hades of placing that individual or individuals in prison?.. M$ may be cocky...but they ain't stupid.
