Well food gotta come somewhere, Our world don't hunt like it used to in the olden days.

Meat is just packaged at mass production, whats the difference of all that in on location as compared a few chicks spread out to each home killed daily for meat on the table???

Vegetarianism? Heck no!

Those animals aren't put on earth to skip around and be merry...they're meant to be BBQ!

What's the big deal if a cow isn't being treated right on his way to the slaughterhouse? He's about to die anyway...

Such comments make me feel sad.

Yes they are going to die, yes they will be used for food, but damn at least let them die a less painfull dead, you know they are living creatures.

I'm not a vegaterian, and i have no idea if i will be one, but whats on that movie is just cruel.

We already use those animals for food, rob them from their lives, then at least give them a life without pain...

MMmmmmm MEAT !!!

Years ago, when populations were not as high and people pretty much hunted their own food... there wasn't this problem....

but now its really the only way to produce enough food for everyone...

True, it's cruel of how they treat the livestock prior to slaughter.

And if they had a chance, they would make us into livestock

I don't think chickens or cows are carnivores.

NeoStarO1, There is no difference if we are just talking about raising them to kill for food.

But I think chickens in a yard, verses thousands in coops kept in wire crates, no ventilation, cramped conditions, no moving around and lots of antibiotics to keep them alive in such crowded diseased conditions is a big difference.

Same with Beef...
Driving by a cattle farm and they are fenced tightly, knee deep in feces, so crowed they can't move out of it, and they just stand there and poop, stand there and eat, stand there and....

Yum! That smell makes me want a burger!

I don't want to eat the powerful antibiotics they give animals because of the unnatural conditions they live in now because of mass production.

Oh, and I didn't see the video... dial up.
Oh, and yes I eat meat.

I opened but could not watch the video. I don't eat meat often, but I do think there is a less painful way to prepare these animals for slaughter. After all they are alive, they have a nervous system that lets them feel pain. What if we were the prey. What if aliens came and slaughtered us.
It is proven both by science and the Bible that we should eat meat... Life goes on though... for some.
