See, if I lived there, I would get mad at the terrorists (or whatever you want to call them) who did this...I mean, wtf, they killed their own people! Nope - Iraqis will twist the shiznit out of it and put the blame on US for being there and say it wouldn't have happened in the first place....even though Sadamm made their life eve more miserable before we got there

I (military) volunteered for this and (me at least) know full well the risks and dangers associated with combat, including death.
Keyword: volunteered
Did the civilians who happened to be walking by or going to this shrine volunteer to get blown the hell up by a car bomb?
Comparing those two would be on the most basic level...there really is no similarity.
