I'm a big fan of anime, I've watched all of the Dragonball series', Inu Yasha, Ranma 1/2, Cowboy Bebop, Chobits, Initial D, Kenshin, and a few more that I can't remember the names of (I've become quite good at reading subtitles fast). And yes Princess Mononoki was a very good Anime.

Anime is good... Too lazy to list some of my favorites. My brother is watching: Kiki's Delivery Service. (It's not as lame as it sounds ).

My favorite series is probably Rurouni Kenshin OVA although I also enjoyed Lain, Trigun and some of the Coboy Bebop episodes.

Regards
