However, before you stop putting EA stars on your fantasy football list, remember, "the curse" isn't proprietary to Electronic Arts.

I don't think it would have anything to do with being on front cover but rather thier heads bloated with "fame" and are distracted into thinking they are the all time greatest. Oh Gawd give me a break, thier is much more to life than being on front cover.

Like i said before i think thier heads are bloated therefore the trend of them going downhill if that is true. They got high off it and we all know when you are high you perform poorly even if its high on drugs or high on fame. Same reaction.

I think all of you guys are touching on an interesting point of 'Life Here On Earth'...

That when a person achieves a great big 'status', they often go into agreement with that status. Some kinda weird aspect of our brains, or something. Anyway, these people 'break' with human reality, and assume a role of little 'gods'. I have seen it first-hand.

And the first thing they do is break away from the persons who helped get them there in the first place.

It is weird, how people can be this self-delusional, but man, it happens. Go figure.
