LeBron James - A New Dynasty Beginning?

He's only eighteen, and only worth over $100 million dollars.

James had 25 points, nine assists, six rebounds and four steals, mesmerizing one of the league's loudest crowds with skills no teenager had ever displayed at this level.

I am still optimistic that he may fall on his face, but his numbers last night were great for a first NBA game. I still can't believe it.

Still don't believe that he will lead the Cavs to the playoffs, but he's bringing a lot of views back to the NBA. (BTW - A Kings fan)!

I'm a fan of Carmelo Anthony, but I will support James as long as he plays hard, and doesn't have a constant ego trip.

What do you guys think?

Of course, Jordan was on a few lousy teams before things jelled around him. Then they were pretty good.

ESPN is putting too much stock in Lebron. Another Kobe scandal and there go the ratings.

Just happy that the kid got a victory.

yall remember Joe smith and where is he now. Every couple years a new marquee high schooler joins the nba and eventually gets lost in the shuffle. I think they put too much Hype into these things give the kid a year or two then we'll see where he stands.

He looks like he's doing alright for himself. With all the attention and pressure on him, he's still one of the top 20 playes in the NBA.

Hopefully he'll get some people that can play, and we'll see what happens four or five years from now.

What's good is that he actually has started a "mini-revolution." I was reading in ESPN The Magazine, about how more high school athletes are ready and willing to make the jump.
