Woulndn't be the first time. The Japanese tried, not once but twice to start forest fires in Washington and Oregon in 1942. They launched a seaplane from a special submarine. They were not successful either time.

Wonder if Al-Qaeda will try ballon bombs too?

Have we found our selves a new "Boogie Man?" The news reports
I've heard say the fire started by accident by a lost hunter, and that there is a possibility of arsons adding to them. Next the Al-Qaeda will be blamed for every thing from dandruff to stinky feet.

If Al-Quaeda is responsible for SARS it needs a serious less in bio-terrorism.

You'd think they could come up with a better place to start a world-wide epidemic than in wild animal hunters in China.

So, is every disaster, either natural or man-made, now gonna be blamed on terrorists? Probably.
